All products sold on AzizCard are digital in nature (activation keys, software licenses, subscription accounts, etc.). Once the product is delivered via email or WhatsApp, it is considered non-refundable.

  • All keys and accounts provided are genuine and legal.

  • Licenses are to be used according to the terms provided in the product description (e.g., device limit, duration, or OS compatibility).

  • Resale of any product purchased from AzizCard is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is usually completed within 5 minutes to 6 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Products are delivered via the method chosen at checkout (email or WhatsApp).

  • Please ensure that the email/phone number provided during checkout is accurate.

4. Replacement and Guarantee

  • In case of any issue with the delivered product (invalid key, access problems, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We offer full support and will provide a replacement if the issue is valid and meets our guarantee terms.

5. Account Security

  • For shared subscription accounts (e.g., CapCut, ChatGPT Plus), customers are not allowed to change account credentials unless stated.

  • Any violation may lead to account suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

AzizCard is not liable for:

  • User errors during activation.

  • Any misuse of digital products.

  • System incompatibility with the purchased software.
